Noxolo already holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBChB UCT), a Post Graduate Diploma in Primary Emergency Care (DipPEC SA). After qualifying as a medical doctor, Noxolo completed her training working across the diverse clinical landscape of South Africa. During this period, she became acutely aware of the resource constraints that perpetuate health inequity, which fueled her desire to make an impact and a commitment to finding innovative solutions to enhance healthcare systems.
Her work experience includes not only being a generalist practitioner but also a digital health enthusiast and healthcare advocate. Drawing on her lived experience as a clinician and co-founder of a health-tech start-up drives her commitment to improving healthcare in sub-Saharan Africa - and she hopes to play a role in redefining the healthcare experience for patients, practitioners and even funders.
