Morne Kahts

Morné is a medical doctor, clinical researcher and musician. He holds a Bachelor of Music (Honours) and Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery through the University of Cape Town, as well as a Diploma in Child Health through the Colleges of Medicine of South Africa. As a musician he has won multiple awards, toured internationally and featured regularly on local television. As a doctor - with a keen interest in child health and early childhood development - he has worked at various health care facilities, including Groote Schuur Hospital and Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital. As a researcher, Morné has published research in Paediatric Oncology and is working as a clinical researcher. He is passionate about equitable health care delivery and health innovation.
