Kelvin is a technology professional and innovation consultant passionate about using technology to solve everyday problems that transform lives of people in meaningful ways.
Kelvin has had experience in starting and scaling technology startups such as Health Direct Global, Agro Innova and Xcel Logistics where as a Cofounder, he led teams as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Product Officer. Kelvin is also a member and former curator of the Global Shapers Accra Hub, an initiative of the World Economic Forum.
Kelvin received training in Software Entrepreneurship from the Meltwater Entrepreneurial School of Technology (MEST) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Technology and Management from KNUST.
Kelvin was selected as a 2022 Mandela Washington Fellow by the United States Department of State and also selected as a 2023 Halcyon Fellow as one of eight global innovators working to create change through Innovation.
Currently, Kelvin works as a Manager of Digital Platforms at MTN Ghana where he manages and drives MTN’s core Digital Platforms (madAPI, Chenosis and Mobile Advertising) delivery and growth strategy by using trends, analytics, and initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction and deliver commercial value.
Kelvin has a keen interest in digital transformation, financial inclusion and artificial intelligence and believes in the potential of technology to achieve greater good.
Kelvin’s research focus for his MPhil studies at the UCT Graduate School of Business is on the impact of technology on healthcare outcomes for youth in Ghana; exploring digital health, financial technology and healthcare outcomes.
